Then I realized, yeah, I’m actually 29, a good 40 years under the average perceived rocking gramma stage (not a real stat).. Plus we don’t even have a front porch yet.That’s the rocking chair’s natural habitat!.

So is it OK that I have these chairs, these outdoor chairs, willy-nilly about my house?.Yes, of course it is.

It’s just a rocking chair.. And it’s pretty.

They both are.. They’re inside right now, just because it’s so cold, but they’ll head out to the back deck probably next month..Fall makes us look good.

If you’ve never tried setting up a fancy Fall porch for yourself then you may not know this, but you pretty much can’t screw it up.. It’s the best!.It’s almost formulaic: Lots of pumpkins, either real or fake….. Plus some bright mums, plus some corn stalks….

Plus some kind of wreath…..Minus any real effort….
